Prince EXO3 Spring Into Action Offer!
Terms & Conditions
Offer begins at 12:01AM on 5/1/10 & ends at 11:59PM on 06/01/10 or when supplies of gifts are exhausted, whichever is first (“Offer Period”). All Rebate Forms must be postmarked by 7/01/10. There are two offer options:
Option 1: Purchase any new Prince EXO3 Tennis Racquet priced at/over $150.00US pre-tax* at any authorized retail location or online retailer between 5/1/10 and 6/01/10 and receive your choice of either a $25 prepaid MasterCard® card or (3) sets of Prince Premier LT 16G tennis string (while supplies last). You must do all of the following:
- Customer must receive and provide an official, original, itemized receipt/proof of purchase from the authorized retailer clearly noting the Prince EXO3 racquet* qualifying item(s) purchased including model name(s), date of purchase, and retailer’s name. Circle your items purchased along with the price paid.
or
- Cut out and tape the original UPC barcode from the product packaging to the Rebate Form. Photocopies of UPC barcode will not be accepted.

Obtain and fill out the official Prince EXO3 Spring Into Action Rebate Form. The form can be obtained by visiting www.princetennis.com/springintoaction, answering the preliminary questions and then downloading, printing and filling out the Official Rebate Form;

Mail your original, itemized receipt/proof of purchase, invoice, or online receipt, original UPC barcode(s) from product packaging and the completed Official Rebate Form (with your gift option clearly marked) to: Prince "Spring Into Action", PO Box 1453, Bensalem, PA 19020-5453. All required materials must be postmarked no later than 7/01/10.

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to photocopy all your submission materials and keep those copies for your records. To resolve any potential questions or issues regarding the eligibility of your submission, you will be required to mail or fax these photocopies.
*The requirement that the racquet priced at/over $150US pre-tax is for the Racquet itself. Any additional labor (stringing, customizing, etc.) is not included.
Option 2: Purchase any new Prince EXO3 Tennis Racquet priced at/over $150.00US pre-tax* AND any Prince Footwear priced at/over $70.00US pre-tax at any authorized retail location or online retailer between 5/1/10 and 6/01/10 and receive your choice of either a $50 prepaid MasterCard card or (6) Sets of Prince Premier LT 16G Tennis String (while supplies last), you must do all of the following:
- Customer must receive and provide an official, original, itemized receipt/proof of purchase from the authorized retailer clearly noting the Prince EXO3 racquet* and Prince Footwear qualifying item(s) purchased including model name(s), date of purchase, and retailer’s name. Circle your items purchased along with the price paid.

- Customer must receive and retain an official, original, itemized receipt/proof of purchase or invoice of the purchase from the authorized retailer clearly noting the Prince EXO3 racquet* and Prince Footwear qualifying item(s) purchased including model name(s), date of purchase, and retailer’s name. Circle your items purchased along with the price paid.
- Cut out and tape the original UPC barcode from the product packaging to the Rebate Form. Photocopies of UPC barcode will not be accepted.

Offer open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. There is a limit of one (1) rebate per offer form per customer, receipt, household, family or address. Prince Sports, Inc. & each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, suppliers, & advertising & promotion agencies & their respective employees, directors, officers & agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incorrect, incomplete, stolen or postage due mail/redemption requests/Offer Forms, receipts or for lost or late rebates; or other errors or problems of any kind relating to this offer, whether human, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of requests, or in any offer-related materials. Redemption requests must be postmarked by 07/01/10. No substitutions or transfers will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prince Premier LT 16G Tennis String with either a $25 or $50 prepaid MasterCard card based on eligibility. Taxes not included in purchase costs of items. Rebates may not be substituted for cash. Rebates will only be shipped in the U.S. Participants bear all risk of loss or damage to the rebates once shipment has been initiated. Rebates are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state & local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of recipient. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions & the decisions of Prince Sports, which are final & binding. Prince Sports reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or suspend this offer at any time & without prior notice for any reason. Redemption requests not in compliance with all terms of this offer will not be acknowledged or returned. Rebate(s) will be mailed 6-8 weeks after receipt & verification of all required documentation. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of sales receipts/packing slips/invoices will be accepted & all such requests will be void. Return of any rebate/redemption as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the rebate. Individual rebates are available while supplies last. No group/organization requests will be honored. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional rebates is fraud & may result in prosecution. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the offer or who are in violation of these Terms & Conditions, as solely determined by Releasees, will be ineligible to receive the offer & all associated requests will be void.
